I refer myself to some web sites where I find a link, which might be an email address or anything else. When we click on that link a webmail UI pops up for us to send our message. Normally, clicking on an email address will launch Outlook Express or any other webmail UI s/a Yahoo, Hotmail webmail UI. Thanks.

You are right. The underlying address of the link is a URL,which points to a feedback form or a contact form as you say. Thank you for your response.
