WebMatrix Web Deploy fails to establish connection.

I am trying to publish my WebMatrix site via Web Deploy and cannot establish a connection with the server. (via the "Validate Connection" button in the Publish Settings screen. "Publish Compatibility" also gives me "Unable to continue. Check publish settings and try again").


I followed this KB article:-

I have downloaded my Web Deployment Publish Settings File for WebMatrix, following this article:-

And finally, I checked that the Primary Account User access was granted, according to this KB article:-

Am I missing anything else?

I have changed to ASP.NET 4.0 as I am using razor.
