  1. When I request a link to my website (www.sunrisegrill.net), I receive a list of files and directories on the site. I have used IIS Tools to ensure the default doocuments has 'Index.htm' (my home page) at the top. I have also gone to Web Application Tools and ensured the current path is '/Sunrise Grill' and did an Install Application.

Any ideas as to what I need to do to provide immediate access to the home page when the web address is entered??

    Thnaks for your help!!

  2. It looks like you have directory browsing enabled. You can check out our kb on how to turn off directory browsing on your site. You can view the kb here

  3. New issue

    Joer: Thanks for your help!!!

I went ahead and turned "Current Directory Browsing Setting" to Off.

When signing on now, I received an 'HTTP 403 Forbidden' - 'The website declined to show this webpage - Most likely cause: This website requires you to sign in'

The error (Http 403 Forbidden) means that Internet Explorer was able to connect tyo the website, but it does not have permission to view the webpage.

The webiste does not have a requirement for signing in - it is a marketing device for a restaurant, everybody should have access:)

You don't have an index page in the root directory of your account. You've uploaded everything to a subdirectory called Sunrise Grill.
