My website and database suddenly become failed. When I enter my control panel I found the below message: (The most common reasons for suspension are: Billing Issue - declined credit card charge, etc. Administrative Suspension - resource abuse, spam, etc. Please use the "Helpdesk Ticket Manager" link above to contact us for further details.) I have no balance and I have not received any note or alert message for this suspention!! I have submited the ticket and asked for urgent reply because my all business is broken and until now there is no action except that mail I received that this problem will be escalated!!! Is there any solution to get my online backup? Ramy
