Ever since the server upgrade my website has been crashing, often multiple times a day, for 15-45 minutes at a time each time. This is totally unacceptable and far from what I'd expect after an "upgrade". If these constant, long down times don't stop very soon I will have no choice but to start looking for a new host after 8 years of great service up to 2 weeks ago when everything collapsed into constant problems. Has DiscountASP been purchased by new owners for such a drastic and sudden fall in quality of service to happen? Am I the only one having so many problems this past 1-2 weeks? Thank you I want to add that there is a possibility one of the problems is on my side on the website, but I do know that DiscountASP accidentally started the server upgrade exactly 1 week before it was supposed to start. It's not yet clear if it's a programming issue on my website or a problem/bug on DiscountASP's side, but it is strange that all these problems started after the server upgrade, it might be a coincidence, but I'd like to know if it's just me having so much downtime since the upgrades as that would help determine if the problem is on my side or DiscountASP's side. No we didn't get purchased by any one. We're the same people It just might be a coincidence. But, what kind of down time have you experienced? Do you get any error messages? Any symptoms you experienced? What do you see in your web browser?
For the record, we did not "accidentally" do anything. The server migrations are taking place on a very specific schedule and all of them so far have gone off without a hitch.
