   Hi, I have an account with discountASP.net, but SSL addon is not enabled for my account.
   
   My current understanding is that to enable SSL, I would need to enable the addon, for $10 a month. Is that all?
   
   May I know what are the pros/cons of using the free certificate provided with the addon?

   Yes, you just need to order the addon which is $10/month. The pro if you use the free certificate is that you don't have to pay extra. The con is if your business requires some higher level of verification, then you need to purchase a different certificate.
