When will .net v3.5 be available

With Microsoft announcing the release of Visual Studio 2008 and .net v3.5 at the end of November 2007, I would like to find out an approximate date that v3.5 will be available at DiscountASP.net

Can anyone confirm a date?

 

Microsoft's own press release says otherwise:


"Today, during the keynote address at Microsoft TechEd Developers 2007, S. ?Soma? Somasegar, corporate vice president of the Developer Division at Microsoft Corp., announced that Microsoft will release Visual Studio 2008 and the .NET Framework 3.5 by the end of November 2007."

On Soma's blog, he also answer's the question whether they will be available on MSDN. The tools will be available for MSDN subscribers by the end of the month.


What will happen in 2008 are the launch events in conjunction with the release of Windows Server 2008 and SQL Server 2008. In other words, the marketing blitz for all the major 2008 products.


"We will have the marketing launch for these along with Windows Server 2008 and SQL Server 2008 at the end of February."

So shall we expect an announcement soon from DiscountASP as to whenarelease version of 3.5 will be available on their servers ?

 

That's cool - I'm sure you guys will be ready earlier than most.
