We will update the knowledge base article to make the log location more clear.

2. I enabled the Raw log file Acsess 3 days back. I logged into with FTP, but couldn't locate the Raw log zip file. There is no httplog. Can anybody assist?

3. I have the same problem, and opened a ticket with support.

To get the files, try opening a command prompt. Use the FTP command to connect to your web site, then CD to the httplog directory. Use MGET *.* to download the logs. Make sure you run FTP from the directory where you want the files downloaded to to make it easier.

Hope this helps as a workaround until they figure out why the httplog folder isn't showing up in the gui FTP programs.

4. OK, the answer I received was:

The HTTPLog folder is a virtual folder and is not listed. With regular GUI
tool, you can just do a chdir to /[username]/httplog.

I tried IE again using the URL ftp://mydomainname.com/httplog/

and the files appeared. I haven't figured out how I can make this happen in FTP Voyager, but I can use IE to download the logs, that's not a problem.

5. Thank you. It worked.

It needs to be available in GUI. Difficult to work in command prompt.

6. OK, got FTP Voyager working by creating a new FTP site. The same as my regular site entry, except I made the default directory "httplog"

Duh.

Not a big problem, but that's in hindsight. The documentation should make it clear that this folder will not appear in your FTP browser like every other folder does, and tell you what needs to be done to access it. From how its worded I expected the folder to pop up automatically.
