Where to start?

I have transferred my existing web sites and I am in the process of testing. I chose the mssql2008 db and I am using microsoft web expression to edit the site. I am able to connect to the database but when a user logs on and I test for validation of the user there's an error:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80040e14'
Could not find stored procedure 'sproc_getUserPassLname'. /default.asp, line 1772

I am not sure if it's a permission problem or if I need to install something. Sorry but I'm not even sure where to find the stored procedure
