Why are things so slow lately?

    At least 2 of my sites have become slower and slower recently, that it now today feels like im on dialup ..
    Nothing in the code that is an issue .. just wondering whats up .. used to be 20 times faster .. all other web sites are fine so cant
    be an internet issue ..
