when I signed up with your host with my domain you create a login name from that domain name but what if i add more domain or what if i cancel my first domain? why should I always login using it thought i have sold it or canceled it when i have other domains in the same account?!! why can't you just people login using email address?

You have choose something for the username. Typically, hosts use numbers but people have a hard time remembering them. You can use email addresses, but nowadays users have multiple email addresses. The easiest usernames we have found from our experience is one based on the domain name of the hosting account. You are right, it is possible for you to change a domain or sell it or.....etc. It is also possible for someone to change their email address as well. We just went with what we have seen to work best from our experience. but that's multiple accounts control panel?! i only have one account but planning to add more domains to it?
