why I can not use ftp to upload file?

    sometimes I can upload a few, then get a error says make sure I have the permission, sometime I can not upload any at all... can not find file system.....

    drive me crazy...:mad:

    Sorry to hear you're having issues. If you're having problems uploading, open a ticket with support so they can check your account.

    Also, make sure you include the FTP logs as that'll speed up the process of troubleshooting
