Why triggers are slow in my website

    My website has dropdownlists which changes data like this.
    If someone select country.
    The county dropdownlist should refresh list of counties of that country.
    then another dropdownlist should refresh list of cities that county has.

    but my website is responding very slow. Please check www.nigyou.com.

    Somebody please help.:confused:
