What do you mean an XML Picture Viewer. Can you explain or show a site that does that?

 

I've done Medical sites in the past with ASP and XML to display images.
There's a lot you can do here because the XML engine runs great with ASP v3.
Keep in mind your style sheets will absolutely have to be well formed, or it will drive you bonkers.
