Error 404.7: .cshtml disabled in IIS 7.5

  1. The web server does not return home pages with .cshtml extensions, which prevents OpenID integration like Yahoo login. This issue also results other side effects.

    Could you discountasp admin enable .cshtml files in IIS by removing the following line “<add fileExtension=".cshtml" allowed="false" />“ from applicationHost.config for the testers to get a whole Razor 2.0 experience?
     
  2. Thanks for the information. But I have no access to the control panel for enabling remote IIS management. What I have is only the WebMatrix 2 Publish login ID/Password that my.discountasp.net did not accept. So how could I get into the control panel?

    updated request filtering.. .cshtml / .vbhtml should not be blocked now.
