Hi, There are 2 of us using MS Outlook with an SMTP connection to the DASP email account. We are both connected to the same Exchange account. I have changed the server timeout to 5 minutes on both PCs but we still get the incoming emails being duplicated in the inbox. Do you have any ideas why this is happening and what I need to do to stop it? This only recently started happening. Kind regards, Will
We don't have exchange accounts with our email services. Maybe you're referring to the email accounts on Smartermail? Is the subject line the same or does it contain a numerical number next to the subject? For example: Subject Part 2, Subject Part 3 Does it only happen when you include an attachment? Problem solved. Stupidly was not deleting the emails on the server after downloading on one of the PCs. Many thanks.
