I just went through a couple hours of trial and error, and finally found settings that worked for my co-workers' phones. Note that for the two phones, I had to use two separate outgoing ports: Droid 2 Incoming: Server: pop3.mydomain.com Port: 110 Secure connection: NOT checked Verify certificate: NOT checked Authentication: none Outgoing: Server: smtp.mydomain.com Port: 587 Secure connection: NOT checked Verify certificate: NOT checked Verizon documentation:http://goo.gl/KyRZZ Incredible 2 Protocol: POP Incoming: Server: pop3.mydomain.com Server Port: 110 Security Type: None Outgoing: Protocol: POP Server: smtp.mydomain.com Server Port: 25 Security Type: None Verizon Documentation:http://goo.gl/bM8HD Hope this helps. Yes, Jose, the guy with the Incredible 2 uses his WiFi, and the guy using the Droid 2 doesn't. I don't know if that's why the outgoing ports had to be different, or if it's the make/model of the phone. But based off your question, I'm guessing that the WiFi difference may be the sole cause of the mixup in setting up their server ports. Jason Weber
Yea, Jason, that's why I was wondering if one was using WiFi. Maybe the one using WiFi is using an ISP with the default ports blocked. Glad everything is working well tho!
