Setting File Permissions

    Hi

    Ive' installed a wordpress blog up here using an external mysql database and using a custom theme.

    The authors state that you have to ...

    * change folder permissions of 'cache' to 775
    * change permissions of file layoutcss' to 666

    The files are hosted here on discountasp.net so I cant change these permissions do I have to raise a support ticket & request the changes or can this be achieved through the admin panel?

    These instructions are for UNIX / Apache server. It is not necessary to do that on a Windows platform.
