ASP.NET 4.5 sandbox webdeploy

I signed up yesterday. I can see my sandbox website:
http://user1728.netfx45lab.discountasp.net/
My webdeploy failed with the message below
Is webdeploy a problem?
Or is the the authorization of my account still in process?

Web Deploy should work. There are a lot of things that can disrupt Web Deploy, have you tried FTP instead of Web Deploy. It could be a more reliable and stable way to publish your files to your 4.5 sandbox account.
