FTP Problems

    I have done everything in this article that is suggested and all that I get is a note in the top left of the screen that says "Microsoft FTP Service" and that is it. What else can I try?

    I don't know what your domain name is so I cannot check. Is your domain name servers pointing to DiscountASP.NET?

    something is likely wrong w/ your IE. Try FTP using command line to see if it works.

    Good Morning,

    I am trying to access my website to pull info off using Internet Explorer. When I type in the FTP address, it comes up with a screen that says Microsoft Internet and that is it. There is no info and no errors. Help!
