login failed for user 'aaabbbccc'

I've just added another database file in addition to my old one this morning and been trying to run some applications that use two different databases. However I'm running into this server error, wehich says 'Login failed for user 'abc'' for both databases. Is there anything else I need to modify or add other than adding another connectionstring for the new database in my web.config file???

I would really appreciate for your help on this matter.
