Remote site access denied

    Hi all,

    today I tried to open my remote site through webmatrix2 (after losing my laptop and local site when the house was broken into) using the folowing settings:

    Server: https://webmatrix2.discountasp.net:8172/MsDeploy.axd
    Username: userXXX
    Password: my_password
    Sitename: my_sitename
    Destination URL: http://userXXX.webmatrix2.discountasp.net

    When pressing Validate Connection in WebMatrix2 I get "invalid user name or password".
    I thought ok my password is wrong so I requested my login details again through lost sandbox account information

    I entered the information again but still I get the error message "invalid user name or password".

    Does anyone have an idea what this could be?

    did you have any white space in your password?

    If you still have problem, Private message your login detail to me; i can take a look at it.
