Why?? "530 User cannot log in, home directory inaccessible."

    also in Microsoft IIS Manage my account is granted with all Features
    and mm FTP SITE STATUS: STARTED

    and FTP IP RESTRICTION set on ALLOWED ACCESS


    some body help me please!!!:eek:

    Go to the Control Panel to the Account Info/Edit page [https://my.discountasp.net/account-info.aspx] where you'll be able to see your full FTP username.

    It'll be something like 123456|username, so make sure you're using the whole thing.

  4. Keep in mind that the 123456|username format only applies on IIS 7 boxes. On Server 2003/IIS 6 servers just the username is required to log into your FTP site.
